Traveling Dental Assistant Periodontist

Join T Management, a group of patient-centered dental practices, and play a key role in supporting our Periodontist across multiple locations!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials.
- Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments.
- Provide patient charting support and patient care.
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment.
- Take X-rays as required.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
- Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of dental assistant experience (preferred), and 1 year surgical experience (period or oral surgery).
- Current certification for Expanded Duties (Certified Dental Assistant).
- Current certification for Infection Control.
- Proficiency in dental software systems (Open Dental is a plus).
- Knowledge of dental instruments, procedures, and materials.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- CPR certification (preferred).

TRAVEL SCHEDULE
Work at the following locations according to this schedule:
- Start Smiling Dental — Every other Thursday (Sandy Springs, GA)
- Life Point Dental — Alternating Thursdays (PRN/as needed) (Jefferson, GA)
- Midtown Center — Wednesdays (Atlanta, GA)
