Job description
Tasks
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Check in and check out patients
- Collect patient balances
- Input and verify patient demographics and insurance information
- Assist with appointment scheduling and other front desk duties as needed
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, providers, and staff
- Be a great team player and help where needed at both locations
Requirements
- Friendly, professional, and dependable
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel between our Conway and Russellville clinics
- Previous medical office experience is a plus, but not required
