Treasury Manager

A growing multi-entity organization is seeking a Treasury Manager to oversee cash management, banking operations, liquidity, debt administration, and treasury operations across approximately 15 entities. This role reports to the Controller and supervises a small Accounts Payable team.

The Ideal Candidate
4+ years of treasury or cash management experience
Experience in a multi-entity organization
Hands-on experience with cash flow forecasting and liquidity management
Experience managing ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, and banking portals
Experience administering loans, lines of credit, and debt schedules
Advanced Excel skills
ERP experience (Sage preferred)
AP supervisory experience preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily treasury operations across multiple entities
Forecast cash flow and optimize cash positioning
Coordinate intercompany cash transfers
Process ACH, wire transfers, and electronic payments
Maintain banking portals, user access, and payment controls
Manage debt schedules, lender reporting, and corporate credit cards
Supervise Accounts Payable
Prepare treasury reporting and support audits

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
4+ years of treasury, corporate finance, or cash management experience
Strong knowledge of treasury operations and electronic banking
Advanced Excel and ERP proficiency
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
