TREE SERVICE GROUNDMAN

AJZ Tree LLC is looking for a dependable, hard-working Groundman to join our crew! If you have a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn, we want to hear from you. We'll provide training and support to help you grow in the tree care industry.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in tree service preferred but not required
• Willing to learn and take direction
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in all conditions and perform attic work
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

PREFERRED
• Seasonal position based on reason season
• Experience preferred based on training

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assisting climbers and equipment operators
• Preparing and locating all safety equipment and gear
• Operating chainsaws and other tree equipment
• Feeding and operating the wood chipper
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site
• Following all safety procedures
• Communicating effectively with the crew
