Truck Dispatcher

Candidates with previous trucking dispatch experience OR completed dispatch training/courses. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with DAT Load Board and the U.S. freight market is preferred. Ability to communicate professionally with brokers and drivers. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, motivated, and results-driven attitude. Flatbed, Conestoga, Step Deck experience preferred.
