We are looking for a reliable and experienced Truck Driver holding valid Code 10 and Code 14 licenses to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng. This permanent role offers an exciting opportunity in the transportation sector where your skills will ensure the safe and timely delivery of goods across various routes. Key Responsibilities Operate trucks safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and safety standards. Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to guarantee roadworthiness. Load, secure, and transport cargo to assigned destinations according to schedule. Maintain detailed records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage. Communicate proactively with dispatchers and team members about delivery progress and any issues. Work closely with warehouse staff to facilitate smooth loading and unloading operations. Follow company policies, especially those related to safety and regulatory compliance. Required and Preferred Qualifications Grade 12 / Matric certificate. Valid Code 10 and Code 14 driver’s licenses. Minimum 2 years of long-distance truck driving experience preferred. Strong understanding of road safety regulations and best driving practices. Excellent driving record with no history of accidents or traffic violations. Basic vehicle maintenance skills. Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools is an advantage. As part of our logistics team, you will report to the logistics manager and collaborate regularly with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure efficient delivery operations and high customer satisfaction.
