UI/UX Designer 4

Tasks

• UX/UI Design & Prototyping (70%)
• Create wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps and more - from concept to market.
• Customer Advocacy (15%)
• Represent the voice of the customer and balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints.
• Feature Definition & Delivery (15%)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, define features, support product delivery and ensure design quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 8+ years of UX experience (or 10+ years without a degree)
• Strong UX design process knowledge (wireframing, prototyping, personas, user research, journey mapping)
• Experience in 3D design & interaction design
• Excellent communication & stakeholder collaboration skills
• Ability to balance user needs, business objectives & technical constraints
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions
• Preferred: Battery/charge management, energy solutions, EVs or electric machines
• Preferred: 3D design, mapping or 3D imaging
• Preferred: Interest in emerging technologies and digital solutions for industrial/equipment applications
• Visa: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD

Schedule

• Duration: 12–24 months
• Hybrid: 2–3 days onsite/week
