UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities Design and prototype user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs of our clients. Conduct user research to understand the target audience and their interaction patterns. Collaborate with other designers, developers, and product managers to ensure cohesive design strategies. Utilize wireframes and prototypes to convey ideas clearly and gather feedback. Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate and improve designs continuously. Create usability test plans and modify designs based on test outcomes. Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to implement into projects. Required and preferred qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field. Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work and user-centered design processes. 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles preferred. Knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
