Key Responsibilities Analyze and assess ongoing projects to ensure design solutions align with company objectives and user needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and marketers to create seamless user experiences. Design intuitive user interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility across web and mobile platforms. Conduct user research and usability testing to gather actionable insights and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools. Implement design systems and maintain consistency across all digital products. Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality. Measure the impact of design changes through analytics and user feedback to optimize user engagement and satisfaction. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within tech or digital product companies. Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively across departments. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus. Preferred: Experience with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to better collaborate with developers. Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
