Key Responsibilities Design and develop intuitive user interfaces for web and mobile applications. Create high-fidelity prototypes to visualize concepts and gather user feedback. Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions. Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with project goals. Iterate designs based on user feedback and testing outcomes. Maintain design consistency by implementing style guides and design systems. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design quality. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field. Proficiency with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing diverse UI/UX design projects. Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design or related roles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. You will report directly to the Lead Designer and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding user experiences.
