Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and alarms. Control access to the property by ensuring only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry. Prepare and submit reports documenting all incidents, observations, and activities during your shifts. Engage with clients and visitors to provide assistance and direction while maintaining a professional demeanor. Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary and follow established protocols for various scenarios. Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to remain updated on security best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience in security or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Strong surveillance skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations. Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus. Must be able to pass background checks and drug screening.
