Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect potential threats. Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors with inquiries. Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with proper reporting. Prepare detailed daily activity reports and document irregularities. Enforce facility rules to prevent misconduct. Collaborate with local law enforcement and assist in investigations when necessary. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of security-related experience preferred but not mandatory. Strong observational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and reporting tools is a plus. No certifications required; relevant training is beneficial. As part of our security team, you will report to the Security Supervisor and work closely with colleagues to maintain a safe environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashville, TN.
