Job description
Devcare solutions is hiring a dedicated Unarmed Security Guard in Nashville, Tennessee. Join our team to help maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients, personnel, and visitors in a dynamic workplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises safety and security.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems for potential threats.
- Deliver excellent customer service and assist visitors with inquiries.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies with proper reporting.
- Prepare detailed daily activity reports and document irregularities.
- Enforce facility rules and regulations to prevent misconduct.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and assist in investigations as needed.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience in surveillance or security roles (not mandatory).
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
- Familiarity with surveillance equipment and reporting tools.
- Relevant security training is a plus but not required.
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year of security experience.
As part of our security team, you will report directly to the Security Supervisor and work collaboratively with colleagues to uphold a safe environment. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashville, TN.
