The role - Employment Litigation AttorneyManage a plaintiff employment docket end-to-end (intake, strategy, discovery, motion practice, mediations, trial prep/trial).Areas of practice: Wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage & hour class actionsTake and defend depositions (fact & expert); draft and argue substantive motions.Collaborate closely with the principal; help move files decisively and deliver results for clients.
Compensation & benefitsUp to $350k package inc commissions and origination
Requirements8–10+ years plaintiff employment litigation preferred; will consider 5+ years if you can independently run multiple cases cradle-to-grave.Strong depos, brief-writing, and courtroom skills; trial experience ideal.California bar; business-development mindset a plus (and rewarded).
