US IT Service Desk Technician

We are an offshoring business that provides high‑quality support services to US and AU‑based clients across various industries.

📍 Location: Cyberscape Alpha, Sapphire & Garnet Road, Ortigas, Pasig City
💰PHP 60,000 monthly basic pay

What we're looking for:
✅ AA degree in an IT-related field, IT certification, or at least 1 year of technical support experience
✅ Experience installing, upgrading, and repairing desktops/laptops running Microsoft operating systems
✅ Hands-on experience with smartphones, tablets, and other technical devices
✅ Familiarity with data backup and system imaging
✅ Knowledge of servers, desktops, routers, switches, and firewalls
✅ Understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and IT standards
✅ Basic LAN troubleshooting and TCP/IP networking knowledge
✅ Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to new technologies
✅ Customer-focused with the ability to remain professional under pressure
✅ Strong research and analytical skills for resolving technical issues
✅ Ability to read and understand technical manuals, procedures, and OEM guides
