Key Responsibilities

• Accurately fill out US medical forms and patient data records using provided information.
• Perform data entry tasks maintaining a high level of accuracy and detail orientation.
• Review and verify completed forms for integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve any patient information discrepancies.
• Maintain organized filing systems for easy document retrieval.
• Track and report any discrepancies or errors found during data entry.
• Assist in training new staff on form filling protocols when needed.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 1-2 years proven experience in data entry, preferably in medical or healthcare settings.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

This contract position offers remote eligibility and reports directly to the Operations Manager. Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Compensation: ₹25000 per year.
