UV Signage Printing Operator

About the role

Sunrainads is looking for a dependable and hardworking UV and signage printing operator to produce high-quality printed materials.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate UV and signage printing machines.
• Print tarpaulins, sticker vinyl, Sintra board, acrylic, PVC, and other signage materials.
• Prepare printing materials and ensure accurate color registration and print quality.
• Monitor print output and make adjustments during production.
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on printing machines and related equipment.
• Maintain proper ink flow, print alignment, and machine settings.
• Troubleshoot machine, ink, material, and printing issues, and coordinate potential machine issues with the supervisor.
• Meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a UV or signage printing operator.
• Knowledge of UV printing machines and large-format and signage printing machines.
• Familiarity with UV printing materials, inks, tarpaulin, sticker vinyl, Sintra board, and other signage printing media.
• Ability to perform machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to render overtime when needed.
• Can start ASAP.
