UV Signage Printing Operator

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking UV & Signage Printing Operator to join our team.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience as a UV or Signage Printing Operator.
- Knowledgeable in operating UV printing machines and large-format/signage printing machines.
- Familiar with UV printing materials, inks, tarpaulin, sticker vinyl, Sintra board, and other signage printing media.
- Can perform machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Identify potential machine issues and coordinate them with the supervisor.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Willing to render overtime when needed.
- Can start ASAP.

Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, adjust, and operate UV and signage printing machines to produce high-quality printed materials.
- Print tarpaulins, sticker vinyl, Sintra board, acrylic, PVC, and other signage materials.
- Prepare printing materials and ensure accurate color registration and print quality.
- Monitor print output and make necessary adjustments during production.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly preventive maintenance on printing machines and related equipment.
- Maintain proper ink flow, print alignment, and machine settings to achieve clean and accurate prints.
- Troubleshoot and resolve machine, ink, material, and printing issues as needed.
- Meet daily production targets and delivery schedules.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Perform other production-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
