Title: UX/UI Principal Strategist- Remote Location: Colombia and Mexico- (Must have advance English)Must provide digital portfolio

Job Description:This role will focus on replacing legacy thick-client UI with modern, scalable, and intuitive digital experiences, while ensuring alignment with business workflows, regulatory requirements, and enterprise design standards.You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to reimagine user journeys, while enabling AI-assisted design workflows and Agile-based delivery.
Required Skills:Core UX/UI Skills:• Strong experience in enterprise UX strategy and UI design leadership.• Expertise in design thinking, usability principles, and user research.• Experience in modernizing legacy systems (thick client to web/cloud UI).
Design & Tools:• Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision.• Experience building design systems and component libraries.• Experience in responsive and adaptive UI design.
Domain & Transformation Experience:• Experience in large-scale digital transformation / modernization programs
AI & Agile Experience:• Exposure to AI-assisted design tools and workflows• Understanding of human + AI collaborative design models• Strong experience in Agile (Scrum / SAFe / iterative UX delivery)
