Job description
About the role
MedTech Talent Partners is partnering with an established medical device company to find its next Vascular Sales Representative in Houston.
Tasks
- You’ll partner directly with vascular surgeons and support procedures in the OR.
- You’ll represent a full portfolio of vascular technologies.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of sales experience, with medical device experience preferred
- OR 2+ years of relevant clinical experience in a hospital setting
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort working in the operating room
Pay
- $80,000 base salary
- $150,000 first-year target compensation
- $190,000 median compensation for their sales reps in 2025
