Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service in vegetable and tomato sales.

• Assist customers in selecting fresh vegetables and tomatoes, offering product information and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash following company policies.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained and produce is rotated properly.
• Collaborate with the team to develop promotional strategies that boost sales and attract new customers.
• Report daily sales figures and customer feedback to management to support continuous improvement.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the food industry.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor to foster positive customer interactions.
• Basic math skills for handling sales transactions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
