Join the Animal Friends team as a Veterinary Receptionist

About Us: Animal Friends of Washington County is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) spay, neuter, and wellness clinic serving the Brenham community. We're a fast-paced clinic looking for someone who enjoys staying busy, loves helping people and their pets, and thrives in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Provide excellent client care
• Prepare daily surgery schedules
• Balance and organize appointments
• Prepare for upcoming surgeries
• Work within Pulse/Evet software (experience is a plus)
• Keep the front office organized and running smoothly

Qualifications:
✓ Clinical veterinary experience preferred
✓ 3+ years in an animal clinic or clinical setting required
✓ Strong computer skills
✓ Excellent organization and communication
✓ Positive attitude and willingness to learn
✓ Spanish speaking is a PLUS
✓ Must be able to commute to Brenham, TX

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
