Vice President of Product Operations

Role Description The Vice President of Product Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end product operations across Future FinTech’s financial services and fintech portfolio. This position leads cross-functional initiatives to optimize product lifecycle processes, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch, scaling, and continuous improvement. The VP will collaborate closely with product management, engineering, data, compliance, and go-to-market teams to align product execution with strategic business objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include establishing operational frameworks and KPIs, improving workflows and governance, driving program and project prioritization, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, compliant products. The role also involves mentoring product operations staff, standardizing best practices, and using data-driven insights to refine product performance and customer experience across global markets.QualificationsDemonstrated expertise in product operations, including designing and optimizing product processes, governance, and lifecycle management.Strong program and project management skills, with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple workstreams.Robust analytical skills, including proficiency in using data to drive decisions, define KPIs, and measure product and operational performance.Solid product management experience, with a track record of collaborating with product leaders to translate strategy into execution.Proven leadership experience in financial services, fintech, or related technology sectors, preferably in a high-growth or global environment.Ability to operate effectively in a remote setting, including clear communication, stakeholder engagement, and team coaching across time zones.Experience working with regulated products and familiarity with compliance, risk, and security considerations in financial services.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
