Job description
Requirements
- 5+ Years
- AVIXA CTS Required (CTS-I Preferred)
- Poly Video Conferencing Systems – Studio X Series, G7500
- Microsoft Teams Rooms & Teams Admin Center
- Poly Lens, Poly Clariti, or RealPresence Resource Manager
- Crestron, Q-SYS, Cisco Webex, AMX, and Extron
- AV Equipment Troubleshooting & Preventive Maintenance
- Basic Networking – IP, VLAN, DNS, Certificates & QoS
- Tier 1/Tier 2 Support, Ticketing & SLA Management
- Manufacturer certification or training in at least 4 listed AV platforms
- Must be able to meet government facility access and background investigation requirements
