Video Production Intern

Role Description The Video Production Intern will support the planning, execution, and delivery of video content for client campaigns and internal projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with pre-production tasks such as scheduling, script breakdowns, and basic storyboarding, as well as helping during shoots with setup, coordination, and on-set support. The intern will also contribute to quality checks on video assets, organize media files, editing and collaborate with the marketing and design teams to align video content with broader campaign objectives. This is an internship role with a hybrid work arrangement, based in Panama City, where some work from home is acceptable.QualificationsAbility to support production planning, including organizing shoots, coordinating resources, and preparing basic documentation.Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with creative, marketing, and client-facing team members.Attention to detail and commitment to quality control in reviewing footage, audio, and final video deliverables.Interest in developing production management skills, such as tracking timelines, assets, and deliverables.Willingness to learn and participate in training related to video tools, workflows, and agency processes.Familiarity with basic video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is an advantage.Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts related to video content is beneficial.Current student or recent graduate in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Ability to work in a hybrid model from Panama City and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
