Video Warehouse Lead

Tasks

• Lead video gear prep, pulling and packing for live events from our Orlando, FL warehouse.
• Test and troubleshoot LED walls, projectors, cameras and video systems.
• Supervise and train warehouse staff and freelancers on safe video gear handling and procedures.
• Track inventory in Flex Rental Solutions; check returns and flag missing or damaged equipment.
• Maintain safe, organized storage; coordinate gear maintenance and repairs.
• Work with production teams and video engineers; drive company vehicles for local gear deliveries.

Requirements

• 2+ years in warehouse or production; AV or live events preferred.
• Professional video systems knowledge, including HDMI, SDI and fiber.
• Prior warehouse or production leadership; strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Flex Rental Solutions or similar inventory software proficiency.
• Valid driver's license; able to drive non-CDL trucks or vans and lift 50+ lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent; video training or certifications a plus.

Schedule

• Able to work extended warehouse hours, occasional weekends and on-call shifts.
