Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing and planning exhibitions and events to improve visitor experience.
• Communicate clearly with team members and visitors to provide information and guidance.
• Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of exhibit spaces.
• Participate in group meetings to share ideas and feedback for volunteer program improvements.
• Document visitor interactions and feedback to measure exhibit impact.
• Support outreach initiatives to attract visitors and engage the community.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Previous volunteer or work experience in cultural or museum settings is a plus.
