The courier guy is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in South Africa. This full-time role offers a monthly salary of ZAR 7,000 and requires a detail-oriented individual to manage warehouse operations and reception duties efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient inventory management.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and manage all incoming communications professionally.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to facilitate order processing and timely dispatching.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of goods received and delivered.
• Assist in managing office supplies and warehouse equipment to support operational needs.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory status and overall warehouse activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Skills: Proficiency in warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
• Experience: Previous experience in warehouse or administrative roles is preferred.
• Software: Familiarity with inventory management software is an advantage.

This role involves close collaboration with warehouse teams and administrative staff to optimize workflow. The Warehouse Administrator/Receptionist will report directly to the Warehouse Manager and work cross-functionally with logistics and sales departments to ensure smooth inventory and shipment processes.
