The courier guy is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join our team in South Africa. This full-time role is essential for maintaining smooth warehouse operations, focusing on inventory management and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
• Maintain precise inventory records and assist in stocktaking processes.
• Use warehouse management systems to monitor inventory levels and process orders.
• Prepare shipment documentation and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and keep the warehouse clean and organized.
• Work collaboratively with team members to optimize workflow and increase productivity.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Skills: Valid Driver's License, proficient forklift operation, and warehouse management expertise.
• Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and involves coordination with operational staff and management. Collaboration with logistics and purchasing teams is also expected to support seamless supply chain operations.

Compensation: ZAR 7,000 per month.
