The courier guy is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Administrator to join our team in South Africa. This full-time role is essential for maintaining smooth warehouse operations, focusing on inventory management and logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods efficiently.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and support stocktaking activities.
• Use warehouse management systems to monitor inventory levels and manage orders.
• Prepare shipment documentation and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Operate forklifts safely to move materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and boost productivity.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
• Skills: Valid Driver's License, forklift operation skills, and warehouse management expertise.
• Experience: Prior warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory.

This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and involves working closely with operational staff, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure efficient supply chain management.

Compensation: ZAR 7,000 per month.
