POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our Boston operations team. In this role, you will ensure efficient warehouse operations by managing inventory, processing shipments, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments to verify product accuracy and quality. Organize and stock inventory in a clean, safe, and logical manner. Pick, pack, and fulfill customer orders accurately and on schedule. Prepare orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring proper labeling and documentation. Assist with loading and unloading shipments using safe material-handling practices. Conduct routine inventory counts, report discrepancies or damages, and maintain accurate records. Support daily warehouse coordination and maintain safety standards. Ideal Candidate: Values accuracy, organization, and operational efficiency.
