Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming shipments in line with quality standards.
- Count and record inventory accurately, and keep warehouse stock organized.
- Pack and prepare outgoing shipments according to company guidelines.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Work with warehouse teammates and delivery personnel to meet daily goals and deadlines.
- Help maintain a clean and orderly warehouse.
- Report inventory discrepancies and operational issues to a supervisor promptly.
- Contribute to projects that improve warehouse workflows and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse operations experience preferred.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and follow instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
