Job description
WAREHOUSE ENCODER (Bacolod Branch)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Encode and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stocks.
• Encode delivery receipts, stock transfers, and other warehouse documents in the system.
• Assist in inventory monitoring and reconciliation.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely encoding.
• Coordinate with warehouse personnel and other departments as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Preferably college graduate
• With basic computer skills (MS Office, encoding)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Can work with minimal supervision
• Willing to be assigned at our Bacolod branch
