Job description
RTW Logistics is hiring a full-time Warehouse Manager in Baltimore, Maryland. In this on-site role, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping and receiving to support accurate, timely product distribution and an efficient supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff to improve daily operations and workflow.
- Manage inventory control processes to reduce losses and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, timely deliveries, and stock levels.
- Implement and enforce safety and compliance procedures.
- Conduct operational audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare warehouse performance reports for management.
- Train and mentor team members to support productivity and development.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
- At least three years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with warehouse management software and inventory systems.
- APICS, WERC, or other relevant industry certifications are preferred.
Work Environment and Reporting
You will collaborate with logistics, supply chain, and operations teams and report to the Director of Operations. This is a full-time, on-site position in Baltimore, Maryland.
Compensation
Pay: $70,000 per year.
