Warehouse Manager

Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise warehouse staff to optimize daily operations and workflow. Manage inventory control processes to minimize losses and maximize accuracy. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely deliveries and stock levels. Implement and enforce safety and compliance protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Conduct regular audits and assessments of warehouse operations for continuous improvement. Prepare reports on warehouse performance metrics for upper management review. Provide training and mentorship to new and existing team members to enhance productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with warehousing management software and inventory systems. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or similar roles. Relevant industry certifications (e.g., APICS, WERC) are preferred. This position will be part of a collaborative team structure, working closely with logistics, supply chain, and operations departments. You will report directly to the Director of Operations, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals and priorities.
