Job description
Tasks
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff activities
- Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Monitor inventory accuracy and order fulfilment
- Enforce workplace safety and operational procedures
- Track productivity and identify process improvements
- Train team members and resolve day-to-day operational issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of warehouse, logistics, or operations experience
- Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is an advantage
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Schedule
- On-site
- Full-time; shift work may be required
