Warehouse Operator

About the role

Alicia Pinckert is hiring a warehouse operator. The schedule is 6:00 am - 3:30 pm Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities

• Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or revisions to determine which items to move, gather, or distribute.
• Pull and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and type of product are loaded.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Assemble customer orders from stock, stage orders, or convey orders to the packing station or shipping department according to the order or customer pick sheet.
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials using a forklift, clamp truck, or other power equipment.

Requirements

• High school education or GED equivalency.
• Minimum 3 to 6 months of experience and/or training in a warehouse environment.
• Previous experience operating a forklift is required.
• Ability to follow safety regulations while operating equipment.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to learn proper operation of warehouse equipment.
