Warehouse Production Assistant

Tasks

• Fulfillment of wholesale & retail orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Package labeling, filling, boxing, and shipping using a variety of commercial manufacturing equipment.
• Learn to use & successfully/safely operate the warehouse equipment (weigh & fill machine, industrial grinders, forklifts, sealers, nitro flusher, etc.) - cold brew operations.
• Blending, brewing, kegging, keg cleaning and all portions of the cold brew process & system.
• Participate in the cleanliness of work and production areas.
• Perform deliveries to wholesale clients on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays.
• Join production team members for training sessions and monthly cuppings.
• Follow health, safety, quality and sanitation guidelines.
• Anything tasked to you by the DWO or production manager that is in the aid of production/facility maintenance.

Requirements

• Show initiative, a positive attitude, a desire to work within a team, and a willingness to learn & take direction.
• Must be able to work the majority of shift on feet.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to lift 30 lbs individually, and 50-80 lbs with another person.
• Warehouse duties require the completion of very physical tasks. Lifting, pushing, moving is required frequently & throughout the day. You will be required to be able to perform these essential functions of the job.

Pay

• Starting pay is $22.50/hr.
