Warehouse Supervisor Lead

About the role

Connect-Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor / Lead for a well-established global logistics and warehousing company in North Houston. This is a hands-on role overseeing daily warehouse operations while assisting with material handling and forklift operations.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Help oversee daily warehouse operations and workflow.
• Lead and direct warehouse employees.
• Operate a forklift regularly.
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials.
• Monitor inventory and warehouse organization.
• Assist with training and daily assignments.
• Ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
• Maintain safety and warehouse standards.
• Work hands-on alongside the warehouse team.

Requirements

• Previous Warehouse Lead or Supervisor experience.
• Forklift experience is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Comfort working in a hot, non-climate-controlled warehouse.
• Ability to perform physical warehouse duties throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to pass the required background check and drug screen.
