Water Mold Remediation Technician

WHAT YOU’LL DO:
• Respond to water and mold loss emergencies
• Extract water and set up drying equipment
• Perform mold remediation and apply antimicrobial treatments
• Demolish and remove damaged materials
• Document the job and communicate with the team and clients
• Maintain equipment and vehicles

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of restoration experience (water and mold preferred)
• IICRC Certification Preferred
• Valid Driver’s License & Clean Driving Record
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
• Excellent communication and teamwork
