Perform regular inspections and troubleshoot water management systems to prevent downtime. Document findings and maintain compliance with safety and environmental protocols. Support training initiatives for new team members on water management best practices. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent educational background. Strong knowledge and practical skills in water management systems. Experience operating machinery related to water systems is preferred but not mandatory. Understanding of safety and environmental regulations within the water industry. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.
