Water Utility Helper

Assist field crews with excavation and underground utility work, including water service repairs, hand digging, pipe installation, backfilling, jobsite cleanup, and working safely around heavy equipment. Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, basic knowledge of hand tools, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting up to 90 lbs. Previous experience with excavation crews, underground utilities, construction, plumbing, irrigation, or similar work is strongly preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish communication is also strongly preferred. This is an entry-level opportunity with on-the-job training and room for advancement, with starting pay based on relevant experience and skill level.
