REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in waterproofing and/or concrete restoration preferred
- Knowledge of sealants, coatings, crack repairs, concrete patching, and restoration techniques
- Ability to work at heights and on suspended scaffolding when required
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude toward strong work ethic
- OSHA certification is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
