Job description
Tasks
- Drive the strategy, roadmap, and modernization of an enterprise marketing web platform.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall professional experience.
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Strong experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEM as a Cloud Service.
- Good understanding of AEM authoring, components, templates, and workflows.
- Experience defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
- Strong experience in Agile/Scrum, backlog management, and user story creation.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across Marketing, UX, and Engineering.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms, marketing technology integrations, SEO, and web analytics.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards (ADA/WCAG).
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Preferred: AEM, Scrum, or Product Management certifications.
