What You’ll Do

• DJ weddings and private events, primarily on Saturdays.
• Play curated music, manage transitions, and help keep the dance floor active.
• Make announcements and energize guests when appropriate.
• Set up and take down DJ equipment.
• Represent Iowa Party Starters with professionalism and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable transportation and weekend availability.
• A strong work ethic and punctuality.
• A coachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Must be at least 18 years old and based in Iowa.

Training, Pay, and Perks

• Free classroom-style DJ education, with 2–4 weeks of group training.
• Paid on-the-job training and events after hire.

• Training pay starts at $15 per hour, with raises upon training completion.
