Westwood Gas Bar/Cstore Manager

Tasks

• Demonstrate day-to-day behaviors and actions that align with and strengthen the Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and brand.
• Manage the Westwood C-Store/Gas Bar Site, ensuring safe, consistent, and profitable operations.
• Oversee adherence to brand and merchandising standards, marketing efforts, and image standards.
• Lead the team providing day-to-day direction and guidance to team members.
• Provide effective direction, leadership, coaching, training/development, talent management and oversee recruitment.
• Purchase and market convenience store merchandise and manage relationships with vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• You have a Grade 12 education.
• You have 5+ years of retail experience with at least 2 years in a leadership/supervisory role.

Schedule

• Full-Time; Permanent

Pay

• $51,000-$77,000.
