Window Blind Installer

JOB SUMMARY We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Window Blind installer to install window blinds, shades, and other window coverings in residential and/or commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have installation or construction experience. be comfortable using hand and power tools, and have strong attention to detail. This position requires travel to Dallas, TX, and candidates must be willing and able to travel as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES Install window blinds, shades, shutters and other window coverings Measure window accurately Read and follow installation instructions Use tools and power tools Drill, mount, level and secure window coverings Inspect completed installations for quality and operation Communicate professionally with customers and team members Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow all company safety procedures Travel to Dallas, TX for installations projects QUALIFICATIONS Previous experience installing blinds, shades, shutters, or other window covering products preferred Construction, carpentry or general installation experience is a plus Must be bilingual in English and Spanish Must have a valid driver’s license Must be willing to travel to Dallas, TX Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Ability to take accurate measurements Strong attention to detail Ability to lift, carry and maneuver materials as needed Ability to work on ladders and at various heights Ability to work independently and as part of a team PREFERRED SKILLS Customer service experience Basic construction knowledge Experience reading and interpreting measurements and installation plans Basic knowledge of window coverings Strong communication and problem-solving skills Must be willing to travel to Dallas, TX Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED Valid Driver’s License REQUIRED Full-Time Position
