Window Cleaners Recruit Apprentices

Thomas Shortman Training, Scholarship and Safety Fund will conduct a recruitment for 25 Multi-Story Window and Building Surface Cleaner apprentices. Requirements include being at least 18 years old, having a minimum of 6th grade education, physical ability to work at heights, reliable transportation, and passing a substance abuse test. Applications are obtained in person at Thomas Shortman Training, Scholarship and Safety Fund, 25 West 18th Street, 4th Floor, New York, NY 10011, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., during the recruitment period. The recruitment is limited to 100 applications, distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis, with a deadline of November 6, 2026.
