Prepare and cook dishes using a wok to high standards; Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and portion control; Follow recipes and kitchen procedures accurately; Ensure food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times; Assist with food preparation, stock control, and waste minimisation; Work efficiently during busy service periods; Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Requirements: Previous experience as a Wok Cook or in a similar role; Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen; Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards; Good time management and multitasking skills; Team player with a positive attitude; Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
