Workday Payroll & Advanced Compensation Lead Consultant

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end Workday Payroll amp; Advanced Compensation implementations
• Drive requirements gathering, functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Configure payroll earnings, deductions, retro pay, off-cycle payroll, and payroll processes
• Configure merit, bonus, equity, compensation guidelines, and eligibility rules
• Lead SIT, UAT, parallel payroll testing, and production support
• Partner with HR, Payroll, Compensation, Finance, and technical teams
• Troubleshoot complex Workday Payroll and Compensation issues
• Provide Workday best-practice recommendations and lead functional workstreams

Requirements

• Experienced
• 10+ Years
• Preferred: Local Miami / South Florida candidates
• F2F interview availability preferred
