Help provide a safe, structured, and supportive home where they can grow, learn, and thrive.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support youth with behavioral needs
• Provide a safe, structured, and nurturing home
• Implement treatment plans and daily routines
• Build positive relationships and life skills
• Work as a team with staff and clinical providers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Help youth reach their full potential
REQUIREMENTS
• Must be 21 years or older
• Clean driving record
• No criminal background
• Pass required background checks
• Reliable and responsive
• Experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A passion for working with youth
PAY RATE
$17 on up (depending on experience)
