Youth Development Professional YDP

Create and lead fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities. Support academic success, healthy lifestyles, leadership, and the arts. Provide positive guidance, mentoring, and encouragement. Build positive relationships with youth, families, and staff. Help maintain a safe, structured, inclusive, and respectful environment. Assist with special events, field trips, and community service projects. Maintain attendance and program records. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, experience working with children or teens in a group setting preferred, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, enthusiastic, patient, dependable, flexible, positive role model with passion for youth development and community impact.
