Information Technology Officer I SG Access Network open to new opportunities
Experiencia
Junior Design Engineer
Multi-System Infrastructure Design: Capitalized on GstarCAD to engineer and deliver 70+ design layouts and Single Line Diagrams (SLD).. Smart Facility Integration: Designed Outside Plant (OSP) routing paths, conduit trenches, and structured cabling interfaces to support automated Parking Management Systems (PMS), optimizing data connectivity to external barrier nodes and peripheral systems.. Architectural Infrastructure Coordination: Directed precision placement and design layouts for Intermediate Distribution Frames (IDF), ensuring optimal routing parameters above architectural ceilings while maintaining direct compliance with facility structural limits.. Geospatial Site Engineering: Leveraged Google Earth and Google Maps to execute precise remote site surveys and terrain analyses, identifying optimal fiber optic entry points and minimizing material waste during deployment.. Technical Portfolio Management: Provided end-to-end Bills of Materials (BOM) and technical engineering reports formatted as executive-ready documentation.
Instructional Designer & System Administrator
Quality Systems Management: Applied the Quality Matters (QM) framework to curate interactive and high-impact technical courseware for Logic Circuits and Principles of Ergonomics.. Project Management: Managed the end-to-end development of 10+ core technical subjects, ensuring content is simplified and knowledgeable for both learners and educators.. Massive Data Optimization: Executed a high-velocity technical audit, resolving 5,000+ content issues to maintain system-wide digital integrity.
R&D Specialist & SOC Analyst (Project-Based)
Signal Intelligence (SIGINT): Conducted research on wireless signal acquisition and transmission using integrated analog and digital circuitry.. Telephony Research: Provided technical expertise on telephony systems and wireless infrastructure for secure communication development.. Network Security Lab: Utilized Wireshark for packet-level inspection and monitored traffic flow within a controlled testbed consisting of a router, switch, and Fortinet appliance.. Technical Leadership: Recruited and onboarded two additional Electronics Engineers (including a Cum Laude graduate) to expand the unit's analytical research capacity.
Part-Time Professor
Technical Curriculum Delivery: Formulated and instructed advanced programming and engineering coursework, including Python, C++, and hardware-level robotics architectures (Arduino/Leanbot).. Agile Cohort Management: Spearheaded the successful migration of student cohorts through rapid departmental technology stack upgrades, maintaining uncompromised academic performance metrics.
