When I was working at Highland Optometry, I was working remotely, but regardless, I picked up that there was a problem with especially our older patients. They don't want to do the online appointments. They're still on the old field. They want to speak to you. So when I suggested then to management that we make a note on every patient that, every patient that feels like that on their file. So and then in the future, 10 years' time, they will still see it and they will remember that patient should be called and they can't do their appointments online. And that was a very positive outcome. Our patients were very happy about that.
